3BC operates mostly by Project, consistently with efficiency and/or portfolio-enhance and/or diversification objectives pre-agreed with the Client Company during a discovery survey aimed at assessing all variables in play with identification of soft and hard areas where meaningful improvements can be achieved.

Services may be given and charged either on a spot("project") or on a term("Standby") basis. In the first instance (Project) 3BC is asked to perform a specific duty and achieve a specific objective by a given deadline. The job is charged on a lumpsum,turn-key basis once the objective(s) is(are) accomplished. In the second case (Stand-by) 3BC stays on the sideline, is available at all times for telephone consultation but provides structured advice only on demand i.e. when asked. No objectives,no deadlines are set. This type of service is charged on a fixed fee/month basis,usually minimal, with structured interventions charged on top if and when asked/provided. In both cases costs incurred in performing the duty assigned are refunded at cost against proof of expense.

On accepting the assignment, appropriate guarantees are given to the Customer that proprietary information and data disclosed are kept full safe and confidentialand that no conflict of interest with other assignements exists.
